TGIF-Let's Hit the Streets in Copenhagen!

Denmark's capital city has evolved into one of the most influential European metropolises for it's street style scene and original design aesthetic.  The style is simplistic, somewhat monotone with pops of color, and modestly chic. Copenhagen's streetwear representation is reflective of Scandinavian design in that the garments worn are structural and practical. Similar to Stockholm, the residents of this newly tapped fashion community prefer minimalist vignettes above over-styled looks. I am a brazen fan of Scandinavian and Nordic interior design and nowhere in the world have I seen the fashion and design aesthetics so closely mirror one another.  This city is definitely on my list to check out this summer during my European exploration tour.
