Let's Get Personal-Always Judging

Tuesday, January 14, 2014

Courtney of Always Judging is a BADASS style blogger and fledging famous fashionista! I've been following her on Instagram for over a year, before she even started blogging, because I was in awe of her ability to marry different elements of style in a seamless yet meticulous way.  Not to mention her closet is beyond enviable, she resides in sunny southern California, and is the epitome of "cool". In a matter of months, Courtney has catapulted herself into the spotlight, being featured in publications such as: Who What Wear, Intermix, and Racked LA

I was thrilled to interview her recently about projects she pursuing in the future, dream collaborations, and when she plans to head north, to San Francisco. See what she had to say!

All that Glitters is Gold

Tuesday, December 3, 2013

Shine bright like a... sequin. 'Tis the season for glitz and glam, so why not pull out all the stops! Out with the old and in with the gold! Whether a satin sheen dress or an ornately beaded smock (a la Elizabeth Olsen), this hue will have you feeling confident and oozing decadence!

Rumi Neely-Fashion Toast

Sunday, May 5, 2013

Rumi Neely has paved the way for the more recent crop of bloggers, including myself, who are trying to create a niche in a now over saturated market.  Fashion Toast, Rumi's blog, was conceived in 2008, and originally, she used the blogging platform to hawk her vintage wares on eBay, but when she realized that her readers were more intrigued by what she was wearing, she started focusing all of her attention on chronicling personal style.  Now...she's an international fashion blogging icon, counting Bryan Boy, as one of her best friends and sashaying around the world on luxe vacations with notable designers and other industry heavy weights.  She's absolutely gorgeous (a mix of Japanese, Scottish, and Dutch descents), young, and and very articulate, so I say, the future is bright for this L.A. native.
